This policy applies to all purchases from AssayBase (assaybase.io). Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as Merchant of Record for every transaction. Your receipt and the charge on your card statement will show Paddle, not AssayBase.
AssayBase delivers a custom list of B2B SaaS companies as a data file. You define the criteria, we send a free sample, and you pay only after reviewing the sample. Once payment is confirmed, we deliver the full list.
We do not offer refunds once the full list has been delivered.
The product is data. Once you have the file, you have the product in full. It cannot be returned. This is why we show you a sample first: you can check the structure, fields, and quality before paying anything.
By paying, you confirm that you have reviewed the sample and that it matches what you want to buy.
We guarantee the accuracy of the rows we deliver. If a row is unusable, we replace it.
A row is unusable if, at the time of delivery:
Field-level differences do not make a row unusable. Company data such as employee counts, funding totals, and founding years is approximate in any dataset. Small inaccuracies in these fields are not grounds for replacement.
Changes that happen after delivery do not count. If a company closes or changes its business after we send the file, that is not a defect in the data as delivered.
Email [email protected] with the rows you believe are unusable, with a short reason for each, within 30 days of delivery.
We review each row. For every row we confirm as unusable, we send a new row that matches your original criteria. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
If you have paid and we cannot deliver the list for any reason, we refund the full amount.
If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged without authorising a purchase, contact Paddle directly at https://paddle.net. Paddle handles all payment disputes as Merchant of Record.
